# List export

For your convenience, trendHERO uses lists. 

List export is downloading the list of profiles with basic information. There are a few ways to export your lists:

*   Using the search results in the Discovery section
*   Using the lists
*   Using the [Similar accounts](//trendhero.crisp.help/en/article/top-similar-influencers-list-g94vdf) button in the profile reports

Export any lists you need by clicking on this icon (a cloud with a downwards arrow):

### Export result

Once you’ve downloaded a profile list, you get an Excel spreadsheet with basic profile information:

You can export up to 300 profiles from the Discovery search results.

Availability: Pro, Advanced. The Advanced subscription plan also allows you to download contact details for commercial accounts (email and phone number)
