You can sort ot the search results to choose the blogger you need.

By default.
Search results are filtered based on keyword relevancy. For example, you use the keywords “sports”, “coach”, “healthy”, “living”. The service will offer a list of all profiles that include at least one matching keyword. But those that have all 4 words will come first, followed by the profiles with 3 matching keywords, followed by those with 2 matching words. The profiles with only one matching word will come at the bottom. 
Number of followers.
Engagement. (What is ER?)
The Average number of likes.
The Average number of comments.
